Our Opportunity

We’re operating in a space that’s only going to get bigger. As the Paediatric Clinical Lead your role is to ensure a collaborative approach to support consumers, customers and the occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech pathologists working within paediatric services. Our paediatric services includes 0-6, 7-14 and 15-18 age groups.

About the role

  • Supporting a team of Physios / OT’s / Speech Pathologists in paediatric services
  • Providing clinical support and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Problem solving paediatric clinical and administration questions from team members
  • Inducting new Physios / OT’s / Speech Pathologists into Paediatric Services and running regular professional development sessions
  • Assisting with roster planning and performance management
  • Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals to ensure implementation of the client care plans
  • Reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting
  • Attending marketing events such as conferences and seminars
  • Driving national business development activities
  • Reporting Work Health Safety incidents to National Community Services Manager

What We Need From You
  • Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Demonstrated experience in paediatrics in the community setting
  • Experience in undertaking NDIA approved functional capacity assessment tools
  • Clinical Leadership experience
  • Proven business development and account management experience
  • Experience in recruitment planning and induction for paediatric services
  • Ability to drive new service and new provider rollouts
  • Knowledge of process development, rostering, systems development, and implementation
  • Have experience with mentoring and coaching
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships
