The Direct Care Worker (Residential) will assist in providing a direct client service to residents of the Residential Care Home.

• Is accountable to the Registered Nurse for the provision of direct resident care within the practice setting, within the boundaries of education and skill preparation.
• Is at all times responsible for his/her own actions, and remains accountable to the Registered Nurse for all delegated actions.
• Is to provide a high standard of direct client care by assisting residents with all activities of daily living, as outlined within the care plan

To be eligible to apply you will have completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
