About the Role

This is an exciting time for Family By Family and a great opportunity for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of staff and volunteers. Family By Family provides support to assist all families in our communities to thrive. We work with families who have been through a tough time, but come out the other side, and are keen to support others.

The Senior Coordinator is a role which will support staff and operations, responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Providing practice supervision and professional development for staff
  • Supporting staff and volunteers to undertake risk assessments and develop strategies for families at risk
  • Leading collaborative design strategies to embed continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all elements of the service adhere to the service model, funder, organisational and legislative requirements.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and highly capable Leader, who loves working in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who has a variety of experiences and qualifications in a range of community service settings and;

 Brings a high level of knowledge, which they are able to translate in to practice and support.

  • Is passionate about supporting staff to provide the highest quality of services.
  • Shares our values about the importance of family and community.
  • Is skilled in navigating the current sector to get the best outcome for families, volunteers and staff.
