Senior Clinical Manager - Aged Care RN - Brisbane

We are looking for an innovative Aged Care professional (RN) who is used to coordinating high level numbers of staff to success.

The ideal candidate is a true professional who can assist the General Manager in leading and empowering the Care Team at this modern facility.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse - Clinical Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing who is looking for a new challenge and has a real passion for person centred care.

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Excellent Clinical skills
• Previous, significant experience in a Clinical Management role or Management role
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
