Clinical Nurse Manager - Aged Care - Gold Coast
A perfect opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Clinician to come on board this small home located in the Gold Coast.

We need a true professional who can lead and empower the Aged Care Team. A proven manager who can focus on clinical governance, clinical leadership and driving continuous improvement.
The Requirements:
- Exceptional clinical skills & experience are ESSENTIAL!
- Demonstrated leadership skills + experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in Residential Aged Care recently
- Clinical Management experience essential
- ACFI knowledge
- Knowledge of the Accreditation process and new standards
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- A positive outlook & passion for aged care
- Current APHRA Registration
