Quality/Educator Registered Nurse - Aged Care - CONTRACT
Unique opportunity to join a small organisation as a Quality/Education Registered Nurse on a short-term contract. Reporting to the Clinical Manager you will be conduct audits, writing reports, identifying gaps in clinical practices and educating staff.

To be successful you will be a self-starter, have good writing skills and communicate well.

• Ability to recognise clinical risk and identify clinical indicators
• Provide clinical governance support & ensure clinical efficiency on site
• Experience within the quality space within Aged Care
• Solid understanding of the Aged Care accreditation process
• Ability to educate staff on clinical compliance
• Continuous improvement and auditing experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
• A passion for Aged Care
• Well-defined Computer skills, competent with spreadsheets
• Valid driver's license
• Have an analytical mind
• Be a self-starter and be a quick learner
