Identify and develop new ways to promote and grow the work of the organisation through relationship building.

Your new company
This organisation is a reputable national peak body and source of trusted information, education and services for the estimated half a million Australians. They advocate for positive change and support vital research.

Your new role
The purpose of this role is to focus on relationships with the customer to maximise the impact of the work of the organisations education arm. You will identify and develop new ways to promote and grow the work of the organisation through building on existing relationships with a range of organisations and service providers. You will explore and develop new relationships from a wide range of sectors including: health, residential, primary health care and community aged care. A key element of this role will be to ensure the services provided by the organisation meet the expectations of customers and advise management on new products and services. You will also working collaboratively and co-operatively with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation to maintain the high quality delivery of programs. Other responsibilities include presentations at conferences and events, as well as board meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business, Education or a Health related field.
  • Strong relationship building skills and customer service skills
  • Experience in a sales and marketing role
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and achieve agreed income levels.
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Be willing to undertake travel as may be required with the position
  • A current driver's licence
