We are looking for highly compassionate Care Workers who have an understanding of the rich Cultural diversity in the Adelaide metro area and who are committed to supporting older people to continue living in their community and at home.

If successful, as well as being a part of a respected team within our Home and Community Aged Care sector, you will be delivering services to help our aged care community to enjoy a lifestyle of individual choice. You will be offering assistance in the everyday tasks that may be unachievable without assistance, which could include but not limited to;

  • Delivering domestic services
  • Planning and preparation of meals
  • Personal care including showering and assisting with personal hygiene
  • Social support and transport
  • Helping us create better support plans for our customers’ needs

 What will you bring to Uniting Communities?

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support ( Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Drivers licence
  • Your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Experience as Care Worker in Aged Care would be highly regarded
  • We welcome Multi Lingual applications, Eastern European and Asian Languages desirable but not essential.
