The organisation has recently undergone a major restructure creating two distinct divisions, namely Service Delivery and Corporate Services.

The Service Delivery division comprises four main pillars;

  • Allied Health – Psychology Services, Mental Health Services, NDIS services
  • Social Programs – Homelessness, Financial Health and Wellbeing, Emergency Assistance
  • Child & Family Services – Family support programs and Child Care Centre
  • Aged Care – Home Care Services

The Manager Allied Health will;

  • Provide management oversight and responsibility for Allied Health Service delivery in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Act and behave with integrity and in accordance with the organisation’s code of conduct and values.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of Allied Health, it’s people and resources.
  • Implement the strategy as it aligns to Allied Health and ensure the department’s structure and processes meet the strategic, financial, governance and cultural needs of the organisation.
  • Monitor and interpret the external environment in order to continually position Allied Health and the organisation to best advantage.
  • Create and sustain a culture of innovation and enablement, underpinned by and expressing the values and philosophy of the organisation.

Programs currently in the remit include:

  • Psych SA and CEDAS – a psychology clinical practice supporting children, teens and adults to lead their best lives.
  • NDIS and Specialty Disability Services – registered NDIS provider offering tailored NDIS and Specialist Disability Services to child and adult participants.

Reporting to the General Manager, Service Delivery, the person we are seeking will be an accomplished leader with high level clinical experience and sound financial and business acumen. The organisation is positioned for growth and the role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, reviewing current service delivery and processes and managing and coaching a highly skilled workforce for success. Ideally you will be an experienced Clinical Lead who has a demonstrable record of achievement in identifying and developing referral networks and strategic partnerships. You will function as a senior member of the management team of UCWB.
