Home Care Workers

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Home Care Team.

Our service will be very customer focussed, working to making sure people in our local community get the best service every time. We want team members who can work consistently within Kyabram District Health Services Mission and Values and work with us as we grow this exciting service.
Services are provided generally between 8am – 8pm weekdays and weekends.
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who already have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability/Aged Care or equivalent.
