Customer Service Administrator

  • Permanent full time role
  • Salary packaging options of up to $15,999
The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Allied Health team on a permanent full time bases. The position supports a positive client experience, providing operational support to allied health staff and clients to facilitate client wellbeing.

Key responsibilities
  • Identifying new and changing client referrals using the appropriate systems
  • Timely preparation of new client files and support plans
  • Implementing support plans to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance to client needs, contractual obligations and current policies and procedures
  • Working with the team to reduce the clients on hold and ensure that we are meeting the clients expectations
  • Maintaining client files within Silver Chain, both electronic and physical files
  • Prepare client files and documentation for non-clinical file reviews and other audits as required
  • Assisting new providers with their on boarding, training schedules and orientation
  • Relief for the Office Assistant when required by the Allied Health Manager
About you

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration. In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:
  • An understanding of technology and a high attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively alone and in a team environment.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in being first point of contact for clients and the ability to multi-skill and work under pressure whilst maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Communication skills to be able to listen and interact with a variety of people including clients, their carers, family members, staff and volunteers with varying needs and requests.
  • Previous experience is in a similar role is essential
Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
