About you
- Proactive & use initiative and experience to complete tasks
- Possess strong democratic leadership and management skills
- Advanced Clinical knowledge
- Advanced knowledge on government policies and procedures & ability to ensure full compliance with aged care standards
- Compassionate person-centred care
- Have full respect and a genuine interest in the personality of each resident
- Ability to lead a large clinical team
- Contribute to a safe working environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Essential Criteria
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12-month experience as a Clinical Care Manager in Aged care
- Full Australian working rights
- Permanent resident or Citizen
- Passionate about helping people
