You will have:

- an excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process;
- minimum of 3 years experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility;
- strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships;
- sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes;
- ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice;
- National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old);
- Flu vaccination and willing to obtain annually.
