You will have:

• a kind, dedicated nature with strong alignment to our values - Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Excellence;
• an excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process;
• minimum of 3 years experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility;
• strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships;
• sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes;
• ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice;
• National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old);
• Flu vaccination and willing to obtain annually.
