Currently seeking a Clinical Nurse to work in a medium sized home in Adelaide (close to Fullarton).
This organisation has support in the way of ACFI, Quality, HR head office support etc.
We are looking for someone who has a strong RN (within aged care) skills and someone who has clinical care at the forefront.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse- DIV 1
- Excellent aged care clinical skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
- Manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
