The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Home Care Workers for the Blue Mountains Region.
As a Home Care Worker, you will be required to provide a range of support tasks including CDC Home Care personal care (showering, grooming), socialisation, transport and domestic assistance (housekeeping), transport, shopping and in-home respite to assist our consumers to remain living in their own homes. For the above reasons you MUST have a car. Our Consumers are funded through Home Care Packages, Veterans Home Care and Private services.

Your Skills & Experience
- You must own a car and have a driver license
- Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Australian drivers licence, a reliable registered car and comprehensive insurance
- Experience in Home Care or Community Aged Care
- Flexibility in your availability, as services provided can be in the evening or on weekends
- Willingness to maintain professional working relationships with our Consumers
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Be flexible and adapt quickly to changing consumer priorities
- Genuine empathy and mature attitude towards consumers of our service
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $1.00 – $20,000.00 per year
