We are looking for Physiotherapists who embrace wellness principles and are committed to working with our clients to achieve their own individual outcomes. New grads, experienced and limited registration physiotherapists are welcome to apply!

What You’ll Be Doing

In a nutshell here is a little about the positions:

  • Effectively and appropriately communicate with our clients.
  • Provide effective advice and education and promote positive and healthy lifestyle behaviours.
  • Screen and identify potential risks prior to commencement of exercise.
  • Varied case load including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, , NDIS, DVA, FCA, post-op rehab, sports injuries, paeds, hydro, home visits, aged care, group exercise classes, Pilates, balance classes.
  • Work alongside 10 Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, 5 Occupational Therapists, 2 Speech Pathologists, 2 Remedial Massage Therapists a Psychologist (and an amazing admin team!).
  • Accurately assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of presentations.
  • Identify client-orientated goals and formulate appropriate treatment plans to facilitate attainment of goals.
  • Effectively and appropriately communicate with our clients.
  • Provide effective advice and education and promote positive and healthy lifestyle behaviours.
  • Screen and identify potential risks prior to commencement of exercise.
  • Maintain timely and accurate consultation notes, documentation, and reports.
  • Allocated sufficient time within working hours to maintain your consultation notes, referrals etc. You won’t be taking work home with you!
  • Create a safe and relaxed environment where clients feel comfortable.

About You

  • You will be degree qualified as a Physiotherapist and hold current registration with AHPRA.
  • You show initiative and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You have excellent communication skills and build rapport with clients with ease, you exercise reliable clinical reasoning.
  • You’re great at building relationships and have a friendly approach to clients and colleagues.
  • You have exceptional time- management skills with the ability to manage a diverse case mix.
  • You have the relevant compliance requirements including a valid police check.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance.
