We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee the clinical care within this large-scale aged care residence based in the Hills District. Representing this dynamic health & aged care organisation, you will enjoy support from an experienced Facility Manager on-site as well as a skilled team of aged care Registered Nurses on at all times. There is also external HR, Operations, ACI, Quality, Education & Clinical Governance teams operating out of a centralised Head Office. This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday position with a degree of flexibility in start & finish times. On offer is a wonderful salary, up to $120,000 + super for the desired applicant. THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Previous Clinical Care Management experience in aged care
• Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Police Check
