About the role:
The Team Leader - CRP will lead, coach and support Baptcare's front-line team of Client Relationship Partners, offering guidance to deliver strong outcomes for our customers and the business. This role will champion customer centred, cost effective care services across the Residential Aged Care segment of the business, and capitalise on opportunities to expand Baptcare's services offering.

Duties:
  • Nurture, support and provide leadership to Client Relationship Partners
  • Drive sales mindset in team and across Residential Aged Care segment
  • Set sales strategy and tactics to deliver sales targets
  • Provide key marketplace insights to support continued growth
  • Champion excellent customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience
Skills and experience:
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and people coaching and development skills
  • Resilient, motivated and committed to delivering great customer experiences and outcomes
  • Outstanding and engaging communicator, with ability to make a case for change
  • A demonstrated range of management styles
  • Demonstrated experience and track record as a senior sales manager
  • Graduate degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience in sales systems (e.g. Miller Heiman / CEB Challenger Sales /)
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Salesforce)
