Full time permanent opportunity - Dubbo or Broken Hill Office

Our Training Facilitators empower people through education, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and gain employment.

You will be required to manage student performance including enrolments, engagement and completion of courses. The right candidate will have high performing administration and coordination skills and experience in delivering within a training environment.

Applicants must be willing to travel regularly to deliver services to students across a wide geographical area.

We Need

Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in planning, coordinating and facilitating individual and group learning, and;

• 
  Hold a current Cert IV in Training and Assessment or higher equivalent qualification
• Hold a minimum of one current qualification in either Business, Employment Services, Retail, Hospitality, Aged Care or Warehousing at Cert IV level or above
• Experience managing resources within budget, business objectives
• Understand RTO compliance requirements against ASQA
• Confidently deliver training facilitation sessions for all current students
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain community/ industry relationships and networks
  

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens.

Applicants must have the right the work in Australia and provide supporting documentation.
