Our Opportunity

We are operating in a space that’s only going to get bigger, more innovative & increasingly dynamic. As a Project Manager you will be joining an industry leading organisation. The role will be based in either Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with flexibility to work from home on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Project manager role will play an integral part in the business. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

You will be monitoring, tracking, delivering, and managing the program activities. You will be coordinating all aspects of the project management cycle, including systems, processes, budgets, KPI’s and reporting. This exciting opportunity will be supporting a national network of over 1000 clinical staff nationally.

This role will suit someone who likes to work autonomously as well as part of a team, is personable, has a high attention to detail, strong time management skills, can produce accurate reporting, can construct, and manage realistic schedules.

To best support our organisation, you will need:

· MBA, Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce or Diploma of Project Management preferred but not essential

· Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role where you have carried out end to end projects

· Rolling out healthcare projects preferred, but not essential

· Demonstrated background in business/operations preferred

· Extensive practical experience in managing multiple projects, program financials and risk management;

· High level communication, negotiation, presentation and communication skills;

· Experience in using and developing reports, dashboards, and self-service tools

· Capability to work from home and office-based environments
