The opportunity
A rare opportunity has just become available with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team at Silver Chain Group. We are currently looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administration Systems Officer to join us on a permanent full-time basis. This role can be based in either WA or SA.

Key responsibilities
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administration Systems Officer is an integral member of the HSW team. Reporting to the National Health Safety and Wellbeing Team Leader, the role facilitates the effective data management of safety incidents across the organisation. It is responsible for the administration of the Safety Data System on a day to day basis.

About you
The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic, influential and has excellent interpersonal skills. You will also meet the following criteria:
  • Demonstrate experience in safety data systems management
  • Experience in managing or designing reporting systems or incident reporting systems would be desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply the process for management of incidents
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • he ability to work autonomously with a team focus in order to participate in and contribute to team and organisational objectives

Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
