Programmed Care are seeking disability support workers to assist our clients in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide.

There are many different services available AM, PM and night duties (passive & active).

These positions require an Australian drivers licence, reliable car and third party fire and theft or comprehensive car insurance.

What we need from you

Experience

• Minimum 6 months recent Healthcare experience in Australia or reciprocal country
• OR
• 2nd Year Nursing student & 6 - 8 weeks nursing placement experience within Australia or reciprocal country

Documents

• Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
• Or
• Nursing study transcripts
• Australian police check (completed within the last 12 months or willing to obtain)
• First Aid (completed within the last 3 years)
• Two professional references who can confirm your health care experience
• DCSI Disability clearance - Mandatory
