Job Description

Joining the Kalyra team as a Community Registered Nurse in Mount Barker and Belair, you will be supporting people living in their home following person-centered care and applying best clinical practice. You will be part of a dedicated team and support staff with clinical advice and provide a range of clinical assistance to clients, including but not limited to, complex wound care, palliative care including management of syringe drivers, simple and complex medication administration, and chronic disease management. We would seek your expertise in assisting clients to palliate at home.

Desired Skills and Experience

To successfully join the team you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA and experience working in a community care setting
  • National Police Certificate and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one before commencing employment
  • Drivers Licence
  • Flu vaccination - following SA Health guidelines, this is mandatory for all people working in Aged Care
  • Strong understanding of Mental Health issues.
