JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work autonomously in a part-time position, providing key executive support to the CEO.

You will be responsible for; diary management, managing forms of communication, travel arrangement, event and meeting coordination. The successful candidate will present with a flexible approach and demonstrate initiative and a can-do attitude. You will support the CEO to develop and deliver on strategic initiatives, achieved by research, coordination of projects and providing status reports. Critical to this role, is your ability to build and foster key stakeholder relationships as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.

Skills & experience

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at CEO / Board level for a large organisation and in the provision of executive support and administration.
  • Confidential, friendly, approachable and customer focussed
  • Ability to plan and organise to achieve established goals and priorities
  • Proven skills in organising and maintaining documentation and an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and high level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
