Due to strong business growth, My Care Solution is now seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join their passionate team.

Role Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, the Relationship Manager is responsible for researching and building quality referral networks and industry partnerships with key decision makers in hospitals, allied health, retirement villages and independent living operators across Adelaide metropolitan, the Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula.

Other key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and developing enduring business relationships with key stakeholders including nurses, allied health professionals, GP’s, community leaders and organisations;
  • Developing and maintaining the CRM database;
  • Negotiating and providing solutions for providers, clients and their families;
  • Promoting services and advocating on behalf of clients and their families to support inclusion, participation and respect of rights;
  • Case management of a small portfolio of clients including those require 24/7 care;
  • Researching, scheduling and executing regular community events.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The successful candidate will possess a professional background in nursing or allied health and have a strong network within the primary health and aged care sectors. A positive and resilient individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key decision makers within the relevant industries and sectors is highly desirable for this role.
