Role: Campaign Analyst, Corporate and Logistics (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for providing high level support to the COVID 19 Public Health Operations Centres. This hands-on role will be accountable for supporting the delivery of daily metric reporting, workforce maximization, maintenance of dialler lists, deliver and monitor forecasts and capacity plans, highlight pressure points, quick wins and successes daily.

This role will require a strong background in building and managing campaigns in Genesys PureCloud or similar data warehouses.


  • Facilitate the daily management of campaigns including loading, exporting, reporting and any cleansing of lists
  • Management of tactical plans post-implementation
  • Delivery of campaign training, coaching and updates
  • Conduct and ensure that campaign reviews and QA are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Facilitate workforce management when required
  • Produce, maintain and distribute daily / weekly / monthly reporting insights, analysis, risks, emerging issues and recommendations
