The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) High Value-High Risk Team delivers projects that exceed $150m in value and are highly complex.

The Senior Project Manager will support project initiation, procure and manage the design process and represent VHBA on design and technical related issues including sign-off of milestone documentation on capital projects.

The Senior Project Manager will manage the development of the design to meet the brief and the integration of fixtures, furniture and fittings, clinical and non-clinical equipment elements of the Project into the documentation.

The role requires significant experience in procurement, planning and design of acute hospitals including an understanding of operational flows and requirements of acute services and how they are translated into built form.

Are you

  • Experienced in the delivery of healthcare construction projects

  • Degree qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Passionate about improving the delivery of public sector capital projects?

  • A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously to deliver outcomes?
