JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join us on a part-time basis at our Werribee Facility. You will be an integral part of the team that is passionate about making a difference to the lives of those you care for, while making a positive contribution to the overall standard of care delivered by St Vincent's

You will join a team of highly skilled multidisciplinary professional and your enthusiasm and dedication for nursing will be highly valued within a supportive environment.

You will need:

  • General reception and administration skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level of computer literacy is essential with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • The ability to professionally liaise with colleagues, patients, visitors and medical professionals.
  • You will exercise a pleasant, positive and polite telephone manner.
  • You will be responsible for roster coordination
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management ability
  • Flexibility of week
  • Aged Care experience is highly desirable.
