Right now we're looking for experienced Personal Carers join our Residential Care Team at Sandpiper Lodge located in Goolwa. 

About the role

Create a better future for you and your community by becoming a Personal Carer at Sandpiper Lodge located in Goolwa. 

You will provide high-quality personal care to residents based on their individual needs.

This includes helping them with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility.

You will work with our nurses to develop and deliver person-centered care plans that focus on healthy and active ageing, and maximising quality of life for each and every resident.

You will also be working with a friendly and inclusive team that genuinely cares about you.

About you

You have:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care

  • Strong team orientation and the desire to serve.

  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Previous experience working with residents with dementia will be highly regarded.

Equally comfortable with direction and autonomy, you display initiative, integrity and a superior work ethic plus impressive organisation, multi-tasking and most importantly; relationship-building skills.
