Project Manager- Intranet Implementation

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager – Intranet Implementation will play a proactive role in the delivery of a new Regis Intranet application.

The role will plan, execute and implement an Intranet solution for use both Regis’ employees as well as nominated contractor roles.

Responsibilities Include

  • Delivery of intended business outcomes, developing and executing to a plan, on time, on budget and within scope.
  • Leads the project team in a matrix environment and is accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering the Intranet solution that directly meets the needs of the business.
  • Managing the design stages, planning and documentation along with the implementation of project deliverables
  • Assesses, communicates and resolves high priority project risks and issues as they arise/are encountered.
  • Validates financial forecasts and provides ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
  • Provide accurate reports and forecasts of performance to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Serves as subject matter expert in the project delivery practise in
  • briefing/advising stakeholders on assigned initiatives

Throughout the lifecycle of the project, the role is responsible for identifying and taking appropriate action with the respective project teams to mitigate any issues or risks.

The outcome of this role is to enhance our business reputation as an employer of choice and as a leading aged care provider.

Note- the role is being offered on a max term contract of 6- 12 months.

To be successful in this role, your experience looks like this-
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or managing medium to large business Intranets
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Corporate Marketing/Communications team, as well as other key
  • stakeholders (e.g. IT, Operations)
  • Understanding of components of common web based technology (MTML, Java, SharePoint)
  • Project Management / Prince 2 Practitioner accreditation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
