Your new company
This Federal Government Department are responsible for receiving, assessing and resolving concerns regarding national services, and are looking for Complaints Resolution Officers to join their team initially through until June 2021, based in the Adelaide CBD.
Your new role
Reporting to the Complaints Director, you will be responsible for working with complainants and relevant stakeholders to identify concerns and develop options to achieve resolution. You will be responsible for managing risks, preparing and presenting recommendations and creating various briefings, reports and correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is suitable for candidates from a complaints handling background, who is resilient and can deal with challenging cases. You will have experience in working with legislation and handling complex situations and/or complaints. Moreover, you will have excellent engagement skills and will be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels. This is not a call centre position but rather a complex case/project officer based role which will see no two days being the same.
You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this position.
