We are seeking suitably qualified Change and Sales Management Contractor (Facility Manager) to lead a rural residential aged care service during the sale / transition to a new provider process. Key outcomes to be achieved through the process include:

• Provide leadership in the operational management of both facilities during the sale / transition to a new provider process, including compliance and staffing matters;
• Based on the community engagement strategy and output from our community engagement adviser, manage conversations with families, residents and staff around the potential sale / transition to a new provider of both facilities in a way that is effective and productive to the outcome;
• Socialise updates and changes to key stakeholders directly impacted by the sale / transition to a new provider process involved in both facilities;
• Manage contractors in the delivery of initiatives related to the BIF funding - IT infrastructure, Building and Fire Compliance upgrades and ACFI / admissions training;
• Lead the delivery of smooth and undisrupted services to ensure the impact on residents and staff of the sale / transition to a new provider process is minimised and high quality care provided.

NB: a physical presence on site is required for up to 6 months.

Our offer for this role is $80/hr.
Approx Daily rate: $640.00 if contractor, plus GST
Approx Monthly equivalent $14,080.00
Approx 6 month equivalent $84,480.00
 
Rates are negotiable for the right candidate.
Travel and accommodation, meal allowance covered, including km reimbursement under our travel policy.
 
The start date is immediate but will be flexible for the right candidate
