Our Client:

We are currently seeking experienced Chefs for an immediate start, who have previous working experience in Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Sporting, Corporate or Social Events. We have regular and casual shifts available

Key Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Preparing food with the understanding of texturizing, vitamising and dietary requirements
• Preparing and producing bulk daily meals
• Safe Food Handling
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Organisational ability including time management & task prioritisation

About You:

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Own chef uniform and knives required
• Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
• COVID-19 Hygiene Officer Certificate
• Safe Food Handling Certificate.

Desirable Criteria

• Chef Experience within an Aged care facility is desired
• Influenza Vaccine
