Facility Manager - Aged Care - Townsville
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take over the management of this modern aged care home. You will need to be a strong aged care leader with a positive can-do attitude.
You will need to be the type of person who is passionate about residents, quality of care and have exceptional attention to detail!

- $125-$135k + super

- Experienced Aged Care Manager
- At least 2 years experience as a Facility Manager
- Qualified Registered Nurse is highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of policies and procedures
- Ability to lead a team of staff
- Knowledge of financial budgets
- A good understanding of quality standards
- Have fantastic attention to detail
