Our mission is to provide support services to our clients that will enable them to achieve a greater degree of independence and continue living quality lives in the community.

As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team and General Manager. You will be able to enthusiastically embrace change, applying skills that combine strong leadership with the ability to motivate, inspire and foster a team environment. You are innovative, consultative and have a flexible approach through highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have confidence and humility to question and challenge with the ability to communicate powerfully to influence. Politically astute, you are authentic, emotionally and socially intelligent and you naturally collaborate with the best interests of the community and organisation always in mind

With a strong commitment to a fair and equitable workplace, and a culture of innovation and transformation, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the Senior Management Team to assist in the delivery of highquality aged care and disability services.

Drawing upon your extensive background within the Aged Care and Disability sector, paired with your experience in legislation, policies and procedures impacting on the delivery of disability and aged care services, you will thrive in this role as you:

  • Provide high-level management and oversee the day to day corporate, administrative and operational functions of the organisation
  • Provide strategic advice to the Senior Management Team to improve operational functions
  • Develop policies and procedures to enhance corporate, administrative and operational functions;
  • Ensure the legislative, regulatory, disability and aged care standards are upheld
  • Provide in-depth analysis on data and produce reports on performance, measuring against set quality standards and indicators
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings

The emphasis of this role is on the future and will suit you if you are experienced and qualified in Disability and have business management. You will be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership with 3 years’ strategic experience.
