Key Responsibilities And Requirements

  • Responsible for all administration, information services and document control duties
  • Provide document management services to support the wider business
  • Management of organisational policies, procedures and forms including review, authorisation and version control
  • Provide a high level of support and customer service assistance
  • Provide effective management of electronic document and record management systems to effectively capture and store, archive, retrieve and regularly review data
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to ensure information and records are identified, accessible, secured, stored, reviewed and retained appropriately
