What we're looking for? 

  • Residential Aged Care setting
  • Assess, plan, create, implement and evaluate resident care plans
  • Apply knowledge and practice of aged care quality standards 
  • Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
  • Leadership and Delegation responsibilities 
  • Flexibility to work across various sites and on a rotating roster 
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Adaptability to different systems, processes, and environments 
  • Flexibility to travel across different regions 
  • Passion and professionalism 

Skills & Requirements:

  • General AHPRA registration - Division 1
  • National Police Check
  • Influenza Vaccine 
  • Current CPR Certificate 
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate nursing experience 
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must be currently based in Australia
  • Current drivers license or access to reliable transport
