About the role

Right now we're looking for a professional and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our Community Health and Wellness Team at The Pines, North Plympton.

As the first point of contact you will maintain a busy switchboard, field internal and external queries, meet and greet clients, contribute to special projects and assist wherever else you're needed.

About you

With your excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills, your bright and friendly disposition, immaculate grooming and exceptional telephone manner, you will establish positive working relationships with all staff and associates.

The role requires you to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision, possess strong computer skills, typing of no less than 50wpm. You will require advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.

Most importantly this role requires you to build and sustain positive working relationships within the team and with other staff members and customers.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
