This role

Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our payroll team and to provide support to the Finance Team wtih Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Transactions.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Assist with maintenance of payroll employee records.
  • Ensure that CRM software rosters and payroll data align for seamless synchronisation.
  • Be a key player in the implementation of new payroll software.
  • Assist the Finance team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management and general ledger reconciliation.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 Years payroll experience, processing a high volume of timesheets
  • Previous experience using MYOB
  • Experience in the implementation of payroll systems will be highly regarded
  • High attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role
  • Strong and effective time management
  • Demonstrable communication and decision making skills
  • Confidence and willingness to challenge the status quo
