About the Employer

Our client is a well-established family owned and operated business that is successfully growing their business as product suppliers for Commercial Cleaning, Education, Aged Care and Food Processing Industries.

About the Role:
This office-based role is where you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships within established key accounts via phone and email.
Whilst retaining existing business, you will also be responsible for pursuing growth opportunities with new customers in particular for their new business area; the Commercial Cleaning Sector.
There is opportunity for career development into an Account Manager position and eventually into an external BDM role for the Internal Sales professional who can successfully drive sales to new heights; initially in the Toowoomba area and eventually between Toowoomba and Brisbane areas.

Duties:
  • New Business Development – Cold Calling via phone
  • Sell a diverse range of product solutions
  • Management of the complete sales and quote process in CRM and ERP Systems
  • Follow up of quotes and convert to sales orders
  • Calculation of mark-ups, and percentages
Skills and Experience:
  • CRM / ERP experience highly regarded, but not essential
  • Strong mathematical ability essential
  • Previous Product Sales experience in a similar role for at least 2-3 years
  • Proven ability to drive sales to the next level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level customer service
