KinCare, a leading In Home Care Provider is going through a significant transformation agenda as we move into a retail environment with the deregulation of the in-home care market and as such is now entering into another exciting period of growth.

Our highly successful National Sales Team is most integral to our business. Due to growth we have a newly created role as a National Sales Centre (NSC) Lead located in Bella Vista. 

The NSC Lead is responsible for driving the performance of our growing National Sales Centre (NSC) Team.

The Role

This role will be responsible to lead and drive Home Care Package (HCP) pre sales through the successful management of the NSC team.
To ensure the best customer experience it is critical to engage the customer from their initial enquiry through to following up their information requests. You will provide strategic leadership ensuring productivity and key performance drivers are maintained as the team capitalises on innovation and efficiency with a continued sales focused approach. 

You will work and partner closely within a matrix Sales team ensuring positive relationships result in collaboration to achieve the set objectives and outcomes within a dedicated timeframe. More specifically you will partner with two other functional Team Leads to ensure the smooth transition of all customers between your teams. Case escalations are also part of your remit and must be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid customer complaints resulting from the HCP onboarding process. 

About you

  • Ideally have worked in the Aged Care or Community Health setting
  • Ideally a strong knowledge of the Aged Care system, programs and funding models
  • Solid sales management experience running high performance teams demonstrating tenure
  • Customer centric sales approach 
  • Works collaboratively with peers to problem solve and find solutions on a day-to-day basis
  • Strong mentor and coach that is passionate about getting the best from their team
  • Strong negotiator that works seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced IT and CRM management skills preferably with SalesForce experience
  • Strong verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Achievement and results driven
  • A genuine passion for helping vulnerable elderly customers and their families
