The Location

You will need to travel across our aged care sites in Victoria. Our Victorian sites are located around Greater Melbourne: Templestowe, Melton South, Lynbrook, Reservoir and Rosebud and you will be supporting some of the most committed Facility Leadership teams in Aged Care.

The Job

  • Provide high level quality systems management support to MACG residential facilities
  • Provide support to the facility management team to develop, implement and maintain MACG Clinical, Quality and Governance systems
  • Undertake analysis to assist teams to identify, monitor and address risk in the facility
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement, compliance and risk management
  • Lead a team of 2 Quality and Compliance Coordinators in our Victorian region

You'll bring: Extensive understanding and experience with the implementation of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission standards and requirements, solid experience in a Senior Quality and Governance role in the aged care sector, supporting multiple aged care facilities, extensive experience in management role(s) in the aged care sector, Bachelor of Nursing qualification or equivalent, outstanding leadership capability, fabulous communication and team work skills and solid computer skills.
