Role:

This challenging role will involve administration tasks in a growing mobile dental clinic.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the business manager with business development duties
• Create and implement an effective business plan including objectives, activities, timing and budget and track progress throughout the year
• Enforcing Infection control rules as set by the ADA
• Help with accreditation procedures with the ADA
• Responsible for maximising sales and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets

Candidates will be able to possess the following attitudes and attributes

• Prior experience as a dental nurse or dental manager/ working in the dental field in Australia for at least 1 year
• Proactive and attention to details
• Effective and good communication skills with staff members and patients
• Diligent, team player
• Willing to learn with can-do attitude
• Is commercially savvy and effective in completing sales reports and work within a set promotional budget.
• Demonstrate both a strong commercial and technical aptitude
