Safety and Support Practitioner
Part Time - 32 hours per week
Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a Safety and Support Hub Practitioner to join our Family and Community Programs
The successful applicant will have;
An appropriate tertiary qualification in social work, welfare or related field
Current Drivers Licence
Experience in the assessment of families with complex needs
Experience in the assessment of family violence
Knowledge and understand of relevant legislation
Ability to provide child focussed confidential, flexible and responsive support in a variety of settings
Experience in crisis management
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Demonstrated ability to work flexibility in the context of variable daily demands
