About the role:

The Quality & Compliance Manager is a senior role responsible for ensuring effective quality systems are implemented, maintained, and monitored for compliance against TLC’s polices and processes, governing legislation, and regulations. The role will ensure quality practice and drive standards of care across all service areas in alignment with evidence-based research, ethics, and regulatory compliance requirements in safeguarding. This role will manage the Compliance Officers and work alongside TLC’s management teams to manage risks, achieve accreditation and meet quality management objectives. The Quality and Compliance Manager will ensure that best practice quality management is embedded across the organisation and that accreditation is maintained. This role will deliver targeted training to meet the needs of TLC.

Other duties include:

  • Assist with registration requirements throughout the TLC group.
  • Support TLC in successfully obtaining a NDIS certification.
  • Design organisation processes in order to create and update policies and procedures in line with compliance requirements.
  • Building a high-performance team with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of matters relating to the National quality and safeguarding policy and regulation that impact disability service providers and aged care providers.
  • Identifying hazards and control risks in the workplace; and implement health and safety plans.


  • 5 years Quality and Compliance Management experience with a NDIS provider or similar discipline;
  • Continuous improvement, audit and bench marking experience;
  • High level communication skills;
  • Solid understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Guidelines;
  • Working With Children Check;
  • Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check;
  • Very high level of attention to detail, problem solving and analytic writing skills

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year


  • Monday to Friday


  • Compliance: 3 years (Required)

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
