About the Role

The Early in Life Mental Health Service of Monash Health's Mental Health Program is seeking a dynamic, experienced psychiatrist for full-time (1.00eft) consultant psychiatrist position. This position is to cover the CORE and iACT Teams. The successful consultant psychiatrist would be working with a multidisciplinary team of a psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist and Child and Adolescent Registrars. The consultant psychiatrist position provides high-level psychiatric services within their approved scope of clinical practice as part of the Monash Health Mental Health Program at Monash Health. This is a senior Medical Position and carries with it the professional responsibilities of clinical leadership, teaching and training as well as administrative requirements.

About You

Applications should include an up to date Curriculum Vitae and the names of three professional referees. Applicants must hold FRANZCP or equivalent, be registrable in Victoria. A Certificate in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (Mindful) or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
