Castlemaine Health is a proud provider of significant range of local and sub-regional community based services and has a very important role delivering a range of allied health, acute, sub-acute, residential aged care services and a number of outreach services to the community.

This Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a part-time Dietitian role within our small dynamic Nutrition and Dietetics team. The Dietetic team provides services to the Geroe Acute unit, the Connolly Subacute unit, Residential Care services and consult to the Maldon hospital. The Grade 1 will have outpatient clinics and group education in the Health Independence Programs, as well as Food Service and Aged Care portfolios. There is also scope to develop a pediatric outpatient clinic.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive dietitian who has an interest or experience in general dietetic practice and aged care. The successful applicant will hold a tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and be accredited by DAA or willing to obtain accreditation. A current driver's licence is also required for occasional travel within Castlemaine and surrounding areas.
