Residential Service Manager

Residential Service Manager needed for medium sized aged care facility based in Kingaroy, QLD. Do you want to work for the largest not-for-profit aged care provider in QLD? Look no further. 

$110-120k + super + salary packaging + relocation allowance

You’ll work with your frontline team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of value-based, person-centred care.

Through your knowledge, you’ll promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You’ll ensure strong financial sustainability by maximising ACFI funding and driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.

Experience you will need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a qualified clinician OR extensive residential & management/ sector experience
• Experience with SQF Framework and Aged Care Funding Models
• Strong community engagement and excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid financial oversight/management skills with similar sized operations
• Relevant tertiary, graduate or post graduate qualifications in relevant field
