About the role
As the Client Relationship Team Leader, you will oversee the effective and efficient management of the Client Relationships Team, with a focus on service excellence along the client journey.
Knowledge of the NDIS and the NDIA system together with experience in the implementation of NDIS or other health services would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reach out to NDIS participants and service providers to develop knowledge and understanding of the NDIS access process and how Care Support Network can assist.
- Provide guidance, support and advice to NDIS Participants and others regarding our services and the broader scheme.
- Work closely with other Team Leaders and the broader management team to efficiently allocate referrals to ensure that NDIS participants are provided appropriate services promptly.
- Be an active participant in building relationships with clients that encourage client retention and service renewals.
- Encourage, facilitate, and support best practice and standardisation within the team, providing its members with opportunities for continuous professional development.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar client management role in community, aged care, disability, or health services
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, individually tailored customer service.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills: including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding organisational skills: including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail
- A client-centric approach to all that you do
