We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a well regarded mission based aged care provider in Orange, NSW.

Fully compliant and running efficiently under management who genuinely care about quality for their residents.

The Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will support Care Manager in the delivery of a high-quality nursing program and supporting care services. Guided by models of nursing best-practice, you'll be capable of optimising funding, driving continuous improvements & coaching care teams and oversee quality. You will be a clinical leader and ensure and care is provided using evidence based practice.

Essential Criteria:

• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 4 years post graduate clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Prior experience working in an aged care setting
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Effective time management skills

The successful candidate will be passionate about working in aged care, have effective communication skills, be confident in their clinical skills, be a generous mentor and be able to manage a committed and high performing team.
